This is the story of ABF Cleaning, as I lived it.
I met John and Patti Fisher the way a lot of my work starts: a family business in upstate New York that already knew how to do the job, and a website that did not match the pride they put into a floor, a kitchen, or a vacation rental turnover. ABF Cleaning Specialist is based in Warrensburg and works Glens Falls and the towns around it. Commercial spaces. Homes. Vacation rentals. Kitchens. Post-construction. Carpet. They have been at it for decades, family owned, and they take enormous pride in leaving a place neat and tidy.
John is the kind of owner you want to work with. We did the website revamp together, and we did social, and we became friends. He later said doing business with me was fantastic, that it was fun and definitely profitable, and that I was professional in everything I did for them. That is the line I keep, because it is the line that matters: the work has to be good, and it has to pay off for the client.
A long-running cleaning company does not grow because you put a prettier logo on a page. It grows when a stranger can tell, in a few seconds, what you do, who it is for, and what to do next. That is what we built. After the site went live, the traction was real. John still talks about it that way. Customers buy with emotion. A bright bedroom, a clean kitchen, a rental ready for the next guest: that is the feeling ABF sells, and the site had to feel like that too.
